How to Access Security Logs in a Box Business Account
Box has been a preferred cloud partner for many companies around the world that put security as their first focus. From auditing to governance, Box provides a lot of features for admins that help them secure their accounts. Security Logs is one such option that allows Box admins to monitor and track each and every activity. The feature is highly helpful to investigate any critical incidents. If you are a Box admin, follow these simple steps to access security logs.
Step 1: Log in to Box.com
Enter your Box login credentials to sign in. Note that you must be a Box admin or co-admin to access security logs.
Step 2: Locate the Admin Console and Click on It
Click on the Admin Console tab to open admin settings.
Step 3: Now, Click on the Reports Icon
All your Box account’s reports are available in the Reports section. Click on it to open it.
Step 4: Click on Security Logs
Choose Security Logs and click on the Create button under the Reports section.
Step 5: Choose Your Areas of Report
Box provides a lot of filters that range from app management to content sharing. Choose all or select a specific group as per your needs and click on the Run button on the top right corner of the page.
That’s it! The report will be generated.
