Transfer Groups from Meta Workplace to Viva Engage

You can transfer Meta Workplace groups to Viva Engage securely and seamlessly with our migration tool. Here is an overview of the process you can follow:

Select the Public Meta Workplace Group to Migrate

In the Groups migration stage of our Workplace to Viva Engage migration tool, select the public groups you want to migrate under the “Public Groups” tab. You can either select them individually or entirely.

Select the Private Meta Workplace Group to Migrate

Toggle to the “Private Groups” tab and select the private groups to migrate. Similar to choosing public groups, you can either select the private groups individually or entirely.

Make sure to check the migration reports to validate the public and private Meta Workplace groups migration. You can also check the destination cloud (Viva Engage) to ensure that the public and private groups have been migrated successfully.
